All our tap classes begin with warming up the entire body by moving rapidly for around one minute picking up our knees then, we warm up our ankles. Tap is 99% of the time done in plie: with bent knees. We focus on technique, rhythm and coordination. In our small classes students even go one at a time. This happens with simple steps and they can hear their sounds and their classmates sounds which sharpens their rhythm and sound. This timeless dance form is taught with the style and grace of the classics.
